Time settings
Description of fields
| Field | Option | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Time zone | Selectable list | The available time zones are windows standard zones and automatically adjust for daylight saving changes as required. |
| Distance units | Metre (m) or US feet (ft) | The units shown for all distance and coordinate related fields. |
| Device name | Editable field | Sets the windows device name for the instrument. This is used for Bluetooth communication and ActiveSync partnerships. |
| Check box | By checking this box the instruments serial number is added to the name. | |
| Device ID | Editable field | This number is used for the generation of the file names. Using format files, the instrument ID can be exported together with data from the instrument. By doing so, it can be identified which instrument was used for certain measurements. Sets a four-digit number as instrument identification number. By default the last four numbers of the serial number are used. |
